This Washer is fantastic. I never had the troubles described in the previous review. The installers forgot to level the machine and I had to have someone come back and level the machine so it wasn't tilted forward. All washers have levelers.

2 things to consider when your buying a front loader. 1. make sure there's no space between the boot and the drum. 2. get one that the drum tilts back slightly to keep the clothes from falling forward and running along the boot.
